Please note, all computers include Microsoft Windows operating system (either XP or Vista (if you really want it) or Windows 7) fully installed, updated, and supplied with the CD. (Some other suppliers' quoted prices do not include this - see the fine print).

We also recommend free antivirus software (AVG, Avira or one of the many others) and anti-spyware (Spybot S&D, Windows Defender), as well as Adobe Reader, FlashPlayer and ShockWave, Apple QuickTime and Java.

All our new computers are covered by a 1 year Return-To-Base parts and labour warranty. (This only includes hardware faults, i.e. it doesn't cover software bugs, virus infections, operating system errors, etc.)
